Processing & Delivery
In-stock items are dispatched the same day when ordered before 12pm.
Free next-day delivery is available on orders over £65.
Print-to-order items have a processing time of up to 5 working days – this allows us to produce mindfully, reduce waste and avoid overstocking. While we aim to process all orders promptly, delivery timeframes may be affected by vendor delays, service interruptions, or weather conditions.
Tracking numbers are emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please ensure that you enter your correct address at the time of ordering. Due to our automated dispatch system, it is not practical for us to verify individual addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage will be charged for reposting. Refunds will be issued excluding the postage.
International Delivery
We offer international worldwide delivery. Shipping charges vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
Please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs, and taxes levied by the destination country. These fees will be due at the time of or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges. If you’re unsure of the fees, please check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs prior to purchasing.
In the case of delivery being rejected by the customer, the shipping cost cannot be refunded as it covers the courier’s services. Additionally, if we incur costs for the return of rejected parcels, these will be deducted from the refund amount.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for all UK orders over £30.
What does 'print to order' mean?
At Pen to Paper Co., we’re deeply committed to intentional living – and that includes how we produce and ship our products. To reduce waste and honour sustainability, many of our planner inserts are printed to order. This allows us to avoid overproduction and ensure each item is crafted with care, just for you.
To minimise packaging waste, orders with both in-stock and print-to-order items are sent together once all items are ready.
