Processing & Delivery
Please note that whilst we aim to process your order within 5-7 days, this does not include production time and may be affected by delays caused by vendors, service interruptions, or weather conditions.
Tracking numbers are emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please ensure that you enter your correct address at the time of ordering. Due to our automated dispatch system, it is not practical for us to verify individual addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage will be charged for reposting. Refunds will be issued excluding the postage.
International Delivery
Shipping charges vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
Please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs, and taxes levied by the destination country. These fees will be due at the time of or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges. If you’re unsure of the fees, please check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs prior to purchasing.
In the case of delivery being rejected by the customer, the shipping cost cannot be refunded as it covers the courier’s services. Additionally, if we incur costs for the return of rejected parcels, these will be deducted from the refund amount.

Yes, we offer free shipping for all UK orders over £99.
